1. Do I have to bring my staff to your seminars or do you come to us?

We come to you...there are no travel expenses for the doctor or staff. In order to personalize the consulting program to meet your needs, it is best to do the training in YOUR office.

2. How do I approach my staff about having a consultant come into our office?

Since our background is office management, we understand the concerns and apprehension of your staff. Their opinions and input will be gathered prior to the consulting program so that they will feel that the training is proactive, not reactive.

3. Can my staff and I reach you at all times or do we have to make an appointment?

There are no "phone appointments" in our consulting program. You will have access to an 800 number that will put you in touch with us immediately. When you have questions, we will be ready with answers.

4. Does the program have to be paid for up front or can I make payments?

After an initial down payment, you can pay the balance over 90 days, with no interest. We also accept Master Card and Visa for your convenience.
