Comprehensive Twelve Month Consulting and Training Program
Phase I - Two days of in-office consulting and training for the doctor and staff
- Workbooks provided for all participants
- Practice goals and monitoring procedures put in effect
- Scheduling, collections, financial arrangements, etc. will be taught in detail with post-tests and discussions.
9:00 to 4:00, all staff & doctor, with no patients scheduled
Phase II - Two days of in-office consulting and training for doctor and staff, 30 days after Phase I
- Communication skills
- New patients and recall
- Behavioral management and DiSC® workshop
First day - 9:00 to 4:00, all staff & doctor, with no patients scheduled.
Second day - 9:00 to 3:00, all staff & doctor, with no patients scheduled.
Phase III - One day of Consultant in office, 30 days after Phase II
9:00 to 4:00, patients scheduled, for follow-up and additional staff training
After 6 Months - Consultant in office - One full day for follow-up
After 12 Months - Consultant in office - One full day for follow-up
Also included in program:
- Practice numbers monitored once a month for 12 months
- Development of practice marketing brochure
- Twelve page detailed DiSC® Behavioral Report for doctor
- Fax, phone and e-mail support for doctor and staff for 12 months
